Fabric face masks should be removed and immediately washed with soap and warm water after use. Hang to dry.

There is an opening at the bottom of the mask to insert a filter. You can use a paper towel as a disposable filter, make sure to replace with each use. Other materials that work will are blue shop disposable towels or sewer's non-woven interfacing. If you have a manufactured filter you can use that as well.

This mask has two layers, an outer printed layer and an inner plain white cotton layer. The print is a vintage floral fabric from the 1960's and is probably also cotton. This specific fabric is a lighter weight. If you prefer a thicker fabric please choose another style mask. The elastic is 3/8" wide and loops around the ears (it won't mess up your hairdo!).
